North Carolina Green Party Ballot Access Fight Gets More Publicity — 4 Comments

  1. When I was a resident of North Carolina 15 years ago, I once described the political parties in North Carolina to a person from Michigan as such:

“The Democrats are corrupt. The Republicans are morons. That’s our politics in a nutshell.”

15 years on and the Democrats have been replaced as the most likely to win to the most likely to lose party, thus why they’ve suddenly discovered religion on items like redistricting where for the previous 140 years they could never find it. But this shows at their core just like Mike Easley, Bev Perdue, Meg Scott Phipps, John Edwards, they’re still corrupt at their very heart.

  2. What Ryan has said. If this isn’t fixed by lawsuit, I’ve already urged NC Greens to vote Republican just to “eff you” the Dems.

  3. @SocraticGadfly STFU and what??? The NC voters have a plan to vote Green Party for the senate and one state district in this election cycle, including me. Are going to have more options, besides pure revenge (and despite clearly, their policies are antithetical, if dare try), especially like write-in the two Green candidates, as an example.
