Georgia Appeals Decision that Converted Public Service Commission Elections from Statewide to District

On August 8, Georgia appealed to the Eleventh Circuit in Rose v Raffensperger, the case over whether Public Service Commissioner elections should be district instead of statewide. The U.S. District Court on August 5 had said they should be district elections.
