U.S. Supreme Court Puts Michigan Term Limits Case on September 28 Conference

On September 28, the U.S. Supreme Court will consider whether to hear Kowall v Benson, 21-1360. This is the case in which some Michigan voters and candidates are trying to topple the legislative term limits of Michigan, which are quite severe. The lower courts had upheld the term limits law.

  1. THE GOP NEEDS TO FINISH GETTING RID OF THE RHINO’S. GOOD PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE BUT MORE REMAINS TO BE DONE. KEEP THIRD PARTIES UNTIL THAT PROCESS IS OVER JUST IN CASE. THEN GO ALL IN GOP AND TAKE NO PRISONERS.

  2. Legis term limits = even worse execs/judics with their legis orders

    ie more tyrant monarchs / oligarchs.
