It’s 1 hour. Chase Oliver did really well. Putting my own libertarian bias aside, he still came across as the best candidate in the race by being more intelligent and professional. Watch the exchange between 41:20 and 43:50 to see him at his best.
When you have only three candidates on the ballot, not inviting them all to participate seems just silly.
