Two Minnesota Counties Must Reprint November 2022 Ballots Due to Errors in First Printing

On October 19, the Minnesota Supreme Court advised two counties to reprint their November 2022 ballots, because the original ballots omitted some of the partisan labels. In re: the Roseau County Ballot for the November 8, 2022 Election, A22-1418; and In re: the Kittson County Ballot for the November 8, 2022 Election, A22-1426. Here is a link to the orders.   1. If ballots could be computer generated, and printed out when the voter requests one, then last minute changes could be easy to make.
