Libertarian Party of New York v New York State Board of Elections. The case challenges the 2020 ballot access changes. The U.S. District Court ruled in favor of the state one day after the hearing, and granted summary judgment, which meant that no trial was even held. Then the 2nd circuit issued a one-sentence “opinion” saying the U.S. District Court had not committed any error.
