Usually when an incumbent president is running for re-election, his party doesn’t sponsor any primary season debates. As per that custom, the Democratic National Committee doesn’t plan any 2024 primary debates, although of course that could conceivably change.
Biden isn’t going to be debating anyone. He can’t even make an announcement live or find a doctor to lie and say he is mentally fit. Kampala Harris is if anything even more embarrassing. They are going to lose in the biggest landslide since at least the 19th century. They are not going to be able to cheat their way out of this one.
I’m skeptical that Biden will be the Democratic candidate on the ballot in November 2024.
