On July 19, the Indiana Green Party submitted this reply brief in Indiana Green Party v Morales, s.d., 1:22cv-518. This is the lawsuit filed in 2022 against the Indiana petition requirement for independent candidates and the nominees of unqualified parties. No one has successfully used that petition procedure for any statewide office since 2000.
