  1. “Likeability” polling indicates it will hurt Republicans more.

Sidebar: On the ballot access issue, I think Kennedy, between name recognition and money for paid signature gatherers where allowed, on the one hand, and experience with initiative-type petitions from his environmental history, will have less of a slog than some think. I think he’s otherwise better off as an independent than seeking a not-guaranteed Libertarian nomination. https://socraticgadfly.blogspot.com/2023/09/rfk-jr-going-independent.html

  2. I am not aware of RFK Jr. having been involved in any ballot initiatives.

He should be able to raise plenty of money to hire paid petition circulators and I think he will get a higher than average percent of petition signatures from unpaid volunteers.

  3. I hope Kennedy gets enough votes from Democrats and Republicans and most of the independent votes to at least become a factor, win states and take the election to Congress.

  5. Notice how the biased spin in the article and most articles about Kennedy? It’s always about hurting other major party candidates. How about articles emphasizing that Kennedy running is helping democracy by giving voters more choices and helping ballot access in the USA.

  6. What RFK2 might accomplish, is to tie up so much professional petitioning to get on the ballot that other third parties and ballot initiatives are starved for petitioning support.
