On October 5, 2023, the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit upheld the decision of the US District for the Middle District of Tennessee that the state’s ban on distribution of applications for absentee ballots is constitutional.
This is the link for the decision: Lichtenstein v. Hargett 6th Circuit decision.
Good decision.
I agree.
BE A LEGAL ELECTOR AND REGISTERED –
GET ABS BALLOTS AS IN OR, ETC.
Yeah, if you want to live under communism like they do.
Just another example of Tennessee’s continued voter suppression activities. This is negatively impacting the elderly and people like me who are disabled. Every venue possible with zero threshold os barriers should be afforded every registered American citizen
MP is a communist who loves voter fraud.
Tennessee is Home of the KLAN!! So of Course this state will actively participate in Voter Suppression!!
The retarded commies are out in full force.
