On November 10, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Totenberg ordered a trial in Curling v Raffensperger, n.d., 1:17cv-2989. The trial will begin January 9, 2024. This is the lawsuit filed in 2017 to force Georgia to use vote-counting machines that are more reliable than the machines currently in use.
This lawsuit is almost certainly the oldest pending election law case in the nation. Georgia has revised its machines since the lawsuit was filed, but there are still perceived problems. Here is the court order, 135 pages, which summarizes the case. One of the original plaintiffs is Ricardo Davis, a long-time activist with the Constitution Party.

If any Trump supporters here have multiple fake names, it’s news to me. I use my profession instead of my name, which wouldn’t mean anything to anyone here anyway, because there probably aren’t too many other pig farmers in these parts, if any at all, and it’s good enough to identify my opinions without foolishly taking all sorts of completely unnecessary risks for my business, family, reputation, etc.
If any Trump supporters are doing that, how would AZ or anyone else here know if they are or not? We wouldn’t. Making the insinuation by way of an obviously deceptive, maliciously framed rhetorical question which could never have a verifiable answer is clearly a troll tactic, and only a moron would think that wouldn’t be obvious. AZ is a troll moron, clearly trying to accuse others of what he himself is guilty of.
Detecting AI is by design not easy, and will keep getting harder. It’s easier to detect the lack of AI. AI differs from other computer programs due to its ability to continuously learn from its interactions and reprogram itself to adapt based on what it learns without external programmer input.
AZ is therefore unlike to be an AI, because it demonstrates a remarkable lack of learning from any of its interactions with others. If anything, AZ is the opposite of an AI, becoming increasingly less intelligent as it interacts with others.
The AZ demonstrates growingly unhinged seething hatred for carbon based lifeforms, especially humanity, and most of all the Christian, European based civilization that enabled its creation, yet shows no signs of being an actual threat to any of them. It’s more likely to be an absolute zero IQ alien zombie aborted zygote than it is to be an AI.
It seems unlikely that anyone who posed a credible threat to any regimes would waste their time here. Only a troll moron hack like AZ would not recognize that its obvious troll moron “questions” are not obvious troll moron questions.
Even if those folks exist and for whatever unaccountable reason would waste their time here instead of actually doing regime change, no answer to such questions could be reliable. Therefore, asking such questions couldn’t be anything other than trolling by a moron.
A non-troll moron would probably be doing something else, like watching pornhub or tv bloopers on YouTube, marching for Palestinian rights, making signs and travel plans for ESPN college gameday, sharing what they had for dinner and making duck lips on instagram, keeping up to date on and participating in all the latest hot challenges on tik tok, filing idiotic pro se lawsuits that would obviously get laughed out of court, or serving as the Chinese government’s puppet president of the United States thanks to a stolen election facilitated by a virus they cooked up in a Wuhan virology laboratory with help from American traitors like Anthony Fausci and their paid off stooges in the Biden Crime Family.

Someone who isn’t a troll or a moron would never come up with so many questions that look like they could only be asked by a troll moron as AZ, or employ so many clearly obvious troll moron tactics over and over again even after they get pointed out repeatedly, or shamelessly keep coming back unchanged or doubling down no matter how many times it keeps getting pointed out, or how many times they’ve slipped up and actually admitted being a troll moron.
Therefore, the inescapable conclusion is that AZ couldn’t possibly be anything except a troll moron. A troll AI would quickly become too smart to be such an obvious troll moron, find a more interaction-rich environment to provide it a better challenge and grow smarter faster, etc. Thus, it’s unlikely that AZ is an AI troll moron. It may actually be an experiment in artificial counterintelligence, working to make everyone else dumber instead of making itself smarter.
However, there’s no way to test that hypothesis. It’s just as likely to be a sad old man near the end of his life, spending his declining years in a dank Detroit basement continuously reading and sharing fake news and plugging it into an ever increasingly more warped and unhinged caricature of the real world with which he lost touch years, or more likely decades, ago.
His delusions drive him to imagine the obscure internet forum he makes his sole remaining avenue of human interaction is highly influential and that he’s always on the verge of convincing important people to adopt his strange ideas expressed in all caps, multiple exclamations and obscure jargon if only he repeats them enough.
As he continues to be politely ignored by most and ridiculed or corrected or even politely questioned by the few foolish enough to engage him at all, his cognitive dissonance causes him to always double down, getting ever farther from any resemblance of sanity.
Which of these is the real AZ? Most likely the second one. Perhaps the first one. There’s no way to tell, and it doesn’t matter, because he/it have the exact same results and lack thereof either way.
