On December 12, the Ninth Circuit refused to expedite Castro v Fontes, 23-3960. This is the case filed by John Anthony Castro to keep former President Donald Trump off the Arizona Republican presidential primary ballot. The state’s brief, along with Trump’s brief, will be due March 28, 2024, which is after the Arizona presidential primaries.

    Raleigh, N.C. – North Carolina voting-rights advocates sued Tuesday to overturn all of the redistricting plans drawn by Republicans for the 2024 elections, saying legislative leaders unlawfully weakened the electoral influence of Black voters.

    The North Carolina chapter of the NAACP, Common Cause and eight Black residents filed a lawsuit in federal court.

    They accused GOP legislative leaders of intentionally moving boundary lines for General Assembly and congressional districts this fall so that preferred candidates of Black voters lose to candidates backed by white voters.

    For decades, Black residents have overwhelmingly favored Democratic candidates.

  3. Alien Invaders, when Trump loses in court over supposed election fraud, and over criminal cases against him, he and his supporters say the judges are prejudiced against him. But when Trump wins in court over being on various Republican presidential primary ballots, then he and his supporters praise the judges. That seems inconsistent.

    Even a prejudiced system has to do the right thing sometimes to preserve itself. The reason the corrupt Trump hating judges are not jumping on 14-3 and some of these other ridiculous hail Mary’s is they are afraid of sparking off an armed revolution and civil war which their side would lose. Taking Trump off the ballot is not how they want to save their necks, because it could very literally cost them their necks.

    I’m not making a threat. But I see it happening if they did that. They probably can too, so that’s my guess if you want to know why they don’t just do that. Now as for say going along with stealing the election in 2020. They probably did enough research to conclude it would not be enough to cause a revolution, so they could get away with going along with it, and did.

  9. That’s right. Trump gives the people hope. Our people are dying deaths of despair from fentanyl and suicide and many other ways. When not literally dying still giving up in despair in many ways.

    When not giving up in despair, goaded into taking premature and ill thought out action, resulting in loss of rights, freedom, reputation, propaganda battle etc if not actual life and limb. J6, Dylan Roof, many other examples.

    In the wake of the big steal, most of us still had hope for eventual justice from the “justice” system ,or intervention from the military, May be one or the other resulting in a military supervised 100% in person all on one day revote. Or a quarterback sneak like Trump as Speaker of the House, Biden and Harris impeached and removed. If nothing else, the 2024 election remained held out as the ultimate Trump card to keep a tipping point of surly and rebellious temperament amongst We the People at bay.

    But what do we have to look forward to, if the People’s Champ, our Great Orange Hope, is removed unjustly from the 2024 election and has, it stolen from him before it even happens? Then there ain’t not a thing on the horizon or reasonably expected beyond except being cucked, replaced, genocided, vassalled, humiliated, invaded, enslaved, raped, robbed, tortured,murdered, prison planet, hell on earth forever, etc, etc.

    Then there’s no reason not to go to war. We have the guns and the numbers. We’d rather do it legally through the election and minimize death and bloodshed. We are not bloodthirsty . Quite the opposite. Many of us have seen plenty of war, death, and bloodshed and would avoid more at almost all costs. That last scenario is the one cost we can’t bear.

    As long as Trump gives the people hope, we can have peace. But if or when that hope is irretrievably lost, our patience has worn thin. Even corrupt Trump hating demons in robes must sense that!

    Even a heavily prejudiced judiciary (which I agree that I don’t think is the case) is unlikely to expedite a John Anthony lawsuit. If this were a FSRP or CARE case that would be one thing, but this is from a kind-of wild pro se plaintiff who seems to have as much of a tendency as Trump himself to call judges names (see: https://reason.com/volokh/2023/10/31/interesting-standing-dispute-in-fourteenth-amendment-section-3-case-against-trump).

    It’s one thing if the former President calls you “half-witted.” It’s another thing if a tax returns preparer from suburban Dallas does. That may not be fair, but it’s reality.

  17. Life ain’t fair, and neither is the “justice” system. The attack on our nation’s blood by the alien invasion is also not fair, but that’s life. We didn’t choose this war, but we’ll need to defend ourselves, or die as a nation and people without a fight.

    We must fight tooth and nail to turn back the invasion, drive it from our land and shores, and extricate the internal enemies who aid and abet it. We must elect Trump in 2024 to save America. Otherwise, White revolution is the only remaining, final, solution.

  30. Biden is more like Quisling than Hitler. Quisling was a dictator, like Hitler and Biden, but also the puppet of a stronger dictator, as is Biden. Biden is to Xi as Quisling was to Hitler. Without Hitler, Quisling could likely never have been dictator. The same holds true of Xi and Biden.
