Some Massachusetts Voters Ask the State Ballot Law Commission to Remove Donald Trump from Ballot

On January 4, some Massachusetts voters asked the Massachusetts Ballot Law Commission to remove former President Donald Trump from the Republican presidential primary ballot.  The primary is March 5.

The Ballot Law Commission has five members, three Democrats and two Republicans.  All were appointed by the Governor.

  1. I have no idea what part of Massachusetts election law or regulation on which they might base their case. It would be bad precedent for the Commission to just make something up.

The Democratic Party, liberals, and probably LBGQT (I can never get the letters right, just call them QUEERS) supporters shopped around until they found some arrogant and hostile judges to remove TRUMP anticipating that would encourage and open the floodgate for other states to jump on the “KICK TRUMP OFF THE BALLOT FRENZY”. It did. We are witnessing the fallout. They are rolling the dice wishing the Supreme Court to witness this accumulating hostility of states against Trump and bow-down and kiss their feet.
