Washington Challenge to Trump Ballot Access is Dismissed on Procedural Grounds

On January 16, a Washington state trial judge in Kitsap County dismissed a challenge filed to the Trump candidacy in the Republican presidential primary, on the grounds that the challenge should have been filed in the county that contains the state capital, Thurston County.  The challengers had also filed in Thurston County, and that challenge will go ahead.  Thanks toDaryl Perry for the lnews.

  1. This is why I think it’s a trend and a game people are doing against Trump. It’s a “Look at me what I did” as they don’t care if their lawsuit sticks or not. Most likely, most that file this type of lawsuit put it in a picture frame and point to it every guest they get in their home. The are “attention whores”.
