Is he on any primary ballots in states which have Sore Loser laws?
The names on primary ballots are just placeholders for the candidate’s convention delegates. And regardless, we technically vote for presidential electors and not the actual eventual candidates. None of this BS should matter.
Gary Johnson was kept off of the ballot in Michigan in 2012 due to a Sore Loser law.

Does it matter? Trump is the only logical choice in 2024.
Given that the major party nominees have been pretty well established, its about time for No Labels to open up, show their faces, and tell us exactly how they plan to proceed.
