American Values 2024 PAC Runs RFK, Jr. Ad During the Super Bowl Broadcast

The cost for airing this 30 second ad was reportedly $7 million. It took me by surprise, as I am sure it did most other people.

It case you didn’t see it, here it is.

  1. HOW MUCH FROM GOP FAT CATS TO HAVE THE AD ???

HOW MANY ZILLION MORE TIMES TO BE SEEN — NOW TO NOV 2024 ???

IE RFKJR = USEFUL IDIOT FOR FASCIST TYRANT TRUMP ???

  2. Remarkable that in my lifetime I get to see a nationwide TV ad for a presidential candidate that is not a Republican or Democrat.

  3. Let’s see. If he gets the Libertarian nomination, will he remind us of his uncle’s famous tax cut? Or, maybe his liberal immigration law?

  4. What’s RFK2’s position on the current application of the public accommodation part of the Civil Rights law?

  5. Too bad Uncle Teddy is not around any more. It would have been interesting to get his reaction.

  8. Hector Roos, were you not around in 1992 and 1996 when Ross Perot ran for President? He ran ads and infomercials on national TV, including during prime time.

  9. Was it just me, or did the jingle sound like Herman’s Hermits “Henry The VIII, I Am”? Every one was an enery/ Kennedy…

  10. @WZ,

It sounds like the family was not amused.

RFK, Jr. apologized but said he could not coordinate with the independent PAC that ran the ad. Supposedly, he had left a link to the ad on his Twitter/X feed.

  11. @AZ,

I thought you might have voted for Lars Daly. He apparently had used the Equal Time provision to get an appearance on the Jack Paar show that was apparently weird. I did find the show with JFK.

There is also one with Paar and RFK, Sr. discussing your Detroit pal Jimmy H.
