Former U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman Dies

On March 27, former U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman died at the age of 82. He had been elected to the U.S. Senate as an independent in 2006, and he has been a prominent leader of No Labels.   1. This could be a great partial excuse for No Labels to wuss out on their project, just like Americans Elect and Unity08 before them.

    The rest of the excuse being no one of general interest stepping up to run with them.

  2. The Democratic Party left Lieberman twenty years ago over a disagreement in foreign policy and he never forgave them.
