No Labels gave up much more quickly than Americans Elect did in 2012. Americans Elect in 2012 did not decide to skip running anyone for president until May 17, 2012.

At this point…why not? People’s attention spans are short and getting shorter all the time. By the time they run this scam again, way too few people would remember, much less care, for it to make any difference.
So what happens in states where they’re already ballot qualified, and what happens if someone files as elector(s) for No Labels? There’s a takeover opportunity here, if anyone wants it.
What happened last time was that courts ignored precedents and sided with the national office of American Select in their desire to have no candidates even when the letter of the law was filed, like in Oklahoma by Gary Johnson.
No Labels sued and won in Arizona to keep candidates from filing and they are very litigious, suing websites and anyone who crosses them. The wife and husband running it have almost as many lawyers as Crooked Donald Trump
