Kentucky Governor Vetoes Bill that Would Have Prevented Local Governments from Using Ranked Choice Voting

On April 5, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear, a Democrat, vetoed HB 44. Among other things, it would have prevented any local government from using Ranked Choice Voting for its own elections.
