2. Taran, Thank you for posting the link to the Mother Jones article about the Libertarian Party. It helped me better understand what has been happening to the LP which I have been a member of since 1978. It is sad to see this implosion. I hope reasonable people on both sides will put their stylistic differences aside and focus on what they agree on so they can restore the LP to its course of expanding liberty for the American people.

The bottom line is that Trump is already delivering what right wing extremists want as fast as he can given the bureaucratic realities of divided government and nonpolitical federal agency workers, courts, etc. There’s just not a lot of room left for minor parties on the far right as a result.

   I’m a Marxist Leninist, so your “both sides” aren’t relevant to me. My “both sides” might be more like Stalin and Trotsky or Khruschev and Mao. In particular, I am a fan of the Juche approach.
