The Libertarian Party of Arkansas (LPAR) today submitted 13,238 total signatures to the Arkansas Secretary of State’s office, needing 10,000 valid signatures of registered voters to become ballot qualified in Arkansas for all partisan offices, including Federal, State, and Local offices. The LPAR will need a 75.54% validity rate on the submitted signatures to achieve ballot status, which should occur based on validity testing to date.
The LPAR has been on the ballot in all partisan elections in Arkansas since 2012, but it has had to petition every time to get on the ballot. The sole vote test in Arkansas for a political party to remain on the ballot is 3% for Governor in midterm elections and 3% for President in presidential election years.
The LPAR’s press release states: “It’s about time for the state to revise its election laws to recognize parties beyond the established duopoly,” said Michael Pakko, chairman of the Libertarian Party of Arkansas. “The current system, which requires us to petition every cycle, disrespects the vital contribution we make to the political process and, more importantly, the demonstrable support we have among Arkansas voters.”
It also states: “The LPAR plans to nominate its candidates at a state convention on the weekend of February 21-22, 2026. Nominees must submit their credentials by noon on the date of the preferential primary election, March 3, before proceeding to the November 2026 general election.”
At what cost? Ballot access censorship denies voter choice by charging candidates to receive votes.
Maybe nominate an actual libertarian instead of communists like Chase Oliver and you’ll poll 3%.

Facts Matter: President Trump has not issued an illegal order as of now. What the six Democratic lawmakers are doing is reminding our military that IF they are given an illegal order in the future, then they are obligated NOT to obey. That is not Sedition, or Treason, but settled accepted military law.

What the six demon rats are doing is creating the false belief that President Trump is likely to issue illegal orders in the absence of any evidence that any such thing is likely. That could lead some members of the military to believe legal orders are illegal and refuse to follow them, leading to civil war or coup. Fact: They are fighting low grade hybrid warfare against the US and its interests on multiple fronts.
Fact: fighting back against these enemies frequently requires rapid real time response that rests on the assumption by those within the military chain of command that their orders are in fact legal.
Fact: The prevalence of active duty military and intelligence personnel constantly thinking that orders coming down from the top might well be illegal can critically damage response to threats and attacks and preparedness for response.
Fact: the net effect of this can be more damaging to response capability than the worst terrorist attacks.
Fact: the seditious six include retired intelligence officers who helped undermine and bring down foreign regimes by spreading cyberwar propaganda undermining the faith in the legality of orders within the military and intelligence services of those countries.
Fact: they are now using those same exact tactics against the leadership of the executive branch of the US government
Fact: this puts them effectively on the side of foreign and domestic enemies.
Fact: that is a crime punishable by death
Fact: they know it, and do it anyway. They are at war with the US and banking on taking down the leadership of our military and criminal justice system as their way to avoid the legal consequences for such activity, and or willing to face those consequences
Fact: That makes them domestic enemies and de facto allies / agents of foreign enemies.
To take one concrete example, members of the military might be being encouraged to disobey orders to attack boats in the Caribbean and Pacific which are alleged to be carrying drugs. There may be other reasons to attack those boats which can’t be made public because that would undermine intelligence gathering and expose intelligence gathering sources, methods and personnel to attack. Our response capability is dismantled if everyone in the chain of command is constantly questioning why they are being ordered to do what they are being ordered to do and whether it’s legal.
Another concrete example is when military personnel receive orders to restore domestic order in cities, protect immigration law enforcement personnel, and neutralize street theater used as cover for attacks by international terrorist network’s and the hostile foreign regimes they work in cooperation with.
There is no operational opportunity to publicize the intelligence basis for the need for those orders. Response capability relies on military members faith that this basis exists. Making the basis public would critically undermine operations, and so would the lack of faith in legality of orders which would necessitate such disclosure.
That’s something an enemy intelligence agency would attempt to exploit as a means of war against us.
Which makes experienced retired military and intelligence personnel who are knowingly using those tactics de facto or actual agents of foreign intelligence attacking the US through cyberwar propaganda.
Their current positions as US lawmakers gives them elevated platform leverage.
They are domestic enemies of the US, acting in knowing or unknowing concert with foreign enemies, which makes them active threats which need to be neutralized with extreme prejudice.
If I was still young enough for active duty, I wouldn’t question the legality of an order to terminate the seditious six traitors.
