Fulton County, Georgia Files Brief in FBI Ballot Seizure Case

On February 17, Fulton County, Georgia election officials filed this brief in Pitts v USA, n.d., 1:26cv-809. This is the case over whether the FBI was right to seize ballots.

  1. Of course the FBI was right. Among other things, there was a 20,000 vote count discrepancy between counts, which more than made the difference in the statewide results.
