The American Solidarity Party should get the ACLU California affiliates to represent them. They are not aligned with the other parties who are trying to sabotage the Top 2 primary.
The haventACLU is way too busy defending criminal alien invaders from apprehension, detention, deportation, etc, to be of much help with anything else.
They were exposed many decades ago as a communist front organization. It’s not exactly a secret.
There really needs to be a concerted national effort to expose and root out all the traitors, just as much as the foreign spies and troublemakers, criminal elements, illegal alien invaders, and all those who need to be denaturalized and deported or decapitated and dead.

That would be a huge undertaking, for sure.
One less obvious benefit I see is that it would create full employment for all real Americans for the foreseeable future.
But how would we pay for it?
One way might be to film every step of every investigation, apprehension, search, questioning, detention, corporal ppunishment, execution, etc. It could then be made public for everyone in the world to watch live or at their convenience pay per view or with voluntary fundraising attached. Find ways to make it as entertaining as possible.
Some parts would have to be delayed due to safety, and some parts kept confidential due to sources and methods, but we can work out those details – this is just a general framework.

What were the chances of success for the American Revolution, Macabees, the 300, etc, etc? Often, it takes divine intervention, and that is the only plausible way to win.

The only way to reliably come up with enough money will be to nationalize everything, centrally plan all resource allocation, and enslave everyone to the federal government.

The ACLU was involved in the Soltysik litigation. The orthodox parties: Libertarian, Green, Peace & Freedom, Democratic, Republican, and American Independent don’t want new parties such as American Solidarity, Forward, Common Sense, and Constitution challenging their ballot monopoly. The intervenors don’t have standing to oppose either of the two remaining claims. Neither was part of Proposition 14 as presented to the voters of California.
They might be involved, but their focus is definitely elsewhere. If you try to get their help, it’s pretty obvious.
