U.S. District Court Denies Federal Government’s Request for Names of 2020 Atlanta Poll Workers

On July 7, U.S. District Court Judge William Ray, a Trump appointee, denied the federal government’s request for a subpoena. The federal government wanted to force the Fulton County, Georgia elections office to turn over the names and contact information of poll workers in the 2020 election.
