Delaware Legislature Adjourns Without Passing Bill to Let Independents Vote in Primaries

On July 1, the Delaware legislature adjourned. Bills to move the non-presidential primary from September to April, and to let independent voters vote in primaries, failed to pass. Each had passed in the House, but the Senate didn’t consider them.

  1. Why not keep Trump in office until he’s 88? That would be 14 years total as POTUS.
