On July 23, a 3-judge U.S. District Court refused to enjoin Tennessee’s new U.S. House districts. The legislature had drawn new districts in May 2026, to split Memphis into three districts so that Republicans would almost certainly gain a seat. Sherman v Hargett, m.d., 3:26cv-616. Here is the decision. It is not signed. The three judges on the panel are John Nalbandian and William Campbell (Trup appointees) and Gregory Stivers (an Obama appointee).

Breaking up all US and other States into nations of under a million ppl is (one important part of) the remedy.
The USA needs to be dissolved and broken up, like every other large country in the world, and so does every state with enough population to have more than one federal house representative.
Publix does not approve of “relations” among our associates, especially in Puerto Rica or involving one or more Puerto Rican persons or animals, vegetables, rocks, etc. They should especiaLly leave our meat, produce, and other products out of any such relations.
