On September 9, the Eighth Circuit refused to overturn the U.S. District Court decision that told Missouri to use the 2025 U.S. House district maps. The panel consisted of Judges Justin D. Smith and David Stras (Trump appointees) and Judge James B. Loken (a Bush Sr. appointee). They said a Temporary Restraining Order cannot be appealed. See here.
