His ballot label is “Green”, yet the Pennsylvania Green Party, which is not a ballot-qualified party, argued that he is not a bona fide member of the party. The court has not yet explained its decision. This decision appears to establish name protection for unqualified parties in Pennsylvania, which has not existed in the past.

Trump may or may not be perfect, but look how much worse all the other options are, especially the realistic ones.
If anyone should or even can succeed him, and that’s a big if, JD Vance shows the most promise at this time, although Donald Trump Jr would be more legitimate from a dynastic perspective, which is better than the failed election method – an experiment it’s past time to end.
