Arizona Agenda, an On-Line Daily Newspaper, Describes History of Arizona No Labels Party During 2026 — 8 Comments

  1. The two minor party candidates for Arizona governor, who won their primaries, are opposed by their own parties.

  2. The Arizona Green Party is supporting only three party candidates out of its nine candidates on the ballot. The No Labels Party is supporting only three party candidates out of eight candidates on the ballot. But minor parties are only hope, says Ballot Access News, which never explains why, when do get ballot access, every minor party turns its energies toward fighting enemies in its own organization.

  3. There are many AZs. For example, Arizona is AZ, AZERBAIJAN is AZ, the crazy Nazi spambot that always posts fake news and gibberish is AZ, and who knows how many other AZs there may be. Who’s to say which ones are less “real” than others, if there even is such a thing as reality when it comes to AZs?

  4. The problem with the Arizona Green Party in particular is that it is primarily a Tucson-based party. Under Arizona’s ballot law, the Green Party has been eligible to run local candidates only in Tucson, a rare AZ Democratic city and the county it dominates. Often the Green candidates’ only opponent was a Democrat since the Republicans often didn’t run candidates. The AZGP developed a hatred of Democrats and indifference towards Republicans. Like the national Greens, the AZGP sees no difference between the two “cartel,” “duopoly” parties even though the overwhelming majority of their fellow Americans do. They stand outside the great debates and political and cultural movements of our time and take pride in criticizing even the most eco-socialist Democrats, who to them are exactly the same as Trump or his EPA director Lee Zeldin, who are dismantling environmental regulations going back more than half a century century. The AZ Greens have never gotten the required 0.667% of all voters to become a regular political party so they constantly go off the ballot and essentially disappear from the voter rolls again and again. (They will be gone after November, as they currently have about 0.12% of registered voters.) The issue of “sham” candidates happens over and over because the AZGP is too small and too weak to be a real political party. They always blame some villain, but they never look into the mirror and wonder why all the action on the left is among Democrats and Democratic candidates—even among independents who profess to hate Democrats. The Arizona Green Party is a pathetic, weak organization and its permanent death will be mourned by no one.
