Aaron Day Organizes Stark Freedom PAC and Plans to Spend $2,500,000 Boosting Four U.S. Senate Libertarian Nominees, and two Constitution Party Nominees

Aaron Day, a New Hampshire independent and a former Libertarian nominee for U.S. Senate, has organized the Stark Freedom PAC (named for Revolutionary war hero General John Stark). On September 24 it announced that it will spend $2,500,000 in independent expenditures boosting the campaigns of four Libertarian nominees for U.S. Senate, and two Constitution Party nominees for U.S. Senate.

The four Libertarians are running in Iowa, Kansas, Ohio, and Texas. The two Constitution nominees are in Michigan and New Hampshire.

Meanwhile, Aaron Day himself has withdrawn from the New Hampshire Senate race. He had petitioned as an independent and had enough valid signatures, but has withdrawn.

Aaron Day Organizes Stark Freedom PAC and Plans to Spend $2,500,000 Boosting Four U.S. Senate Libertarian Nominees, and two Constitution Party Nominees — 28 Comments

  1. Does the Pac actually have that kind of money, or any realistic plan to raise it? Or is that just complete smoke and puffery?

  2. Where did it come from? Demon Rats and demonic rat supporters and interests?

Do you have anything besides their word for it?

  3. Aaron Day has made a lot of money in the cryptocurrency market so he may be spending the $2.5 million out of his own pocket.

  4. Please take my name off this pack. I’m turning over in my grave as we speak. In fact I felt so strongly about it I had to summon supernatural means at considerable spiritual cost to convey this to ye all.

For starters, I retired from public life at the conclusion of our revolutionary war, and do not agree to be forced back into it, particularly without having so much as the courtesy of being asked permission.

For another, I said live free or die, and I meant it. My opinion has not changed over the more than two centuries since I’ve been dead; nay, it has only strengthened in view of the increasingly unfree way in which you befoulers of our revolutionary legacy live.

You lot aren’t willing to sacrifice or risk even a smidgeon of comfort, safety. convenience, wealth, luxury unimaginable in my time, or even a hair on your pampered and spoilt heads to live free. Die for freedom? Perish the thought of your kind ever considering it seriously.

By live free or die, I did not mean mere suicide. Tyrants would need be inconvenienced, threatened, and far worse. Those enacting new taxes to shear the gentry would certainly face having their own heads sheared in response.

So, you really think I would support the libertarian party amidst its condemnation of a man and small band of his cohorts who might suggest such a thought in your day?

If you lot even came close to loving liberty more than life itself, you’d condemn them, if at all, for not carrying out their threats.

Certainly, if you so loved liberty, the legislative authors and proponents of a new wage tax on workingmen would find you tarring, feathering, and driving them out of town on a rail, if not dragged by four horses to all corners thereof. A threat from you to do thus would indeed be the least of such scoundrels worries.

As for the constitution party, they haven’t earned even my derision, having accomplished so little in recent years that, even being long dead with an eternity of time on my hands, I have an infinity of better things to do with my time.

Suffice it to say none of them have given or risked anything of note in defense of any constitution, unlike the men of my time who risked our lives, liberty, fortune, families, friendships, reputation, and indeed all we had to win and safeguard our freedom in the face of tyranny that paled in comparison all of you tolerate so meekly and willingly in your time.

Shame on all of you, and may future generations not count you among my countrymen, given as you have long since betrayed, abandoned, foregone fighting to preserve, and watched ravaged and degraded everything we fought, bled, and died to win, create, and preserve to bequeath you.

You’ve frittered it all away, did nothing to keep it alive and preserve its dignity and virtue.

You are shameless, wicked creatures to attach my legacy to your childish games of pretending to fight for freedom while living willingly in well padded cages that you’ve put no effort into or risked anything attempting to escape.

Indeed, you’ve put far more effort into condemning even the idea of trying such a thing.

Be gone from my sight, I beseech, and do not speak my name ever again.

  5. Thanks and kudos to Aaron Day and Stark Freedom PAC for their generous support to Libertarian Party candidates for US Senate.

  6. It has nothing to do with Stark or freedom. If it did, they would donate to Jeremy Kauffman, LPNH, and MAGA.

  7. John Stark’s ghost speaks the truth, and haunts us. Shame on all of us. I apologize to General Stark for our continued misuse of your name, sir.

I’d do as you’ve asked and never say it again in relation to this “libertarian” lemon party, except that I fear our modern attention span is too short to read your request, and our self centered and unserious nature precludes taking it to heart.

  8. During the British Civil War you insurrectionist rebel traitors have retroactively styled an “American” “revolution,” I’d be the most loyalist and loyal of all colonials to tge King, even if not to God.

I almost hear him singing God Save the King now, whilst wearing his most fine red coat, but King comes out sounding more like Kim, as in the royal family of the DPRK.

  9. And by him, I mean me. Sometimes I switch to the second or third person mid sentence.

My friend with the white coat calls it multiple personality disorder and cognitive dissonance and claims it stems from things that happened or didn’t happen in my early years, but I don’t believe her.

I abhor disorder of any kind, and do not tolerate it whatsoever. He said with a determined wry smile easily mistaken for a grimace, as he fired the church with his town’s population locked inside at the Lord Commander’s order.

  10. Jeff, because the West Virginia US Senate race is not perceived as close between the Republican and the Democcrat.

  11. Probably because it’s not close between the demon rat and Republican. This is obviously about which major party controls the Senate.

  12. Q, my best guess:

More impeachment circus and gridlock will be good for Republican chances in 2028. Trump will veto bad stuff demon rats will do in the meantime, and hopefully Vance will not be cheated out of a win and will continue to do so next presidential term.

Congressional white elephants need to be punished for not passing the SAVE ACT.

BUT, this could easily backfire in several ways.

For one, every demon rat elected will be for a 6 year term, and have an incumbent advantage after that.

A demon rat could well cheat enough to win and be sworn in as POTUS in 2029, and then it’s off to the races.

For another, they will hold up all appointments – judicial, cabinet, etc.

The risks are not worth it. Does not sound like a good plan to me.

Both part of the Pac name sounds Orwellian bizarro world opposite day psyops 2 me. Stark for the reason the good General’s ghost said, with apologies 2 him for continued use of his name, freedom for the reasons I just laid out

  13. I have no idea what I’m talking about, much less the AZ SPAMBOT, other than it needs to keep my name and whatever I say out if it’s nasty, Nazi, Azerbaijan islamifascisf communist programmer by a devil worshipping troll to emulate the ultimate moron equivalent of a human’s mouth and typing fingers.

  14. There is both a Constitution Party (USTP) candidate AND a Libertarian running in Michigan. Tim Long (USTP) and Lydia Christensen (L). I wonder why he chose Tim instead of Lydia. If splitting the vote really is his goal, as some have commented, he would have supported both.

  15. Is Tim the better of the two? More likely to pull from just Republican and not Demon Rat? Losertarians are more unpredictable, as are females in general, especially if u give them $$$ take my wife (please) oh crap here she comes

  16. This might have something to do as to why. It sounds like she would pull more from Democrats if she had additional resources to get her views better known

Michigan Libertarian Senate Candidate Faces Criticism From LNC Members Over Policy Views
By Jordan Willow Evans on July 4, 2026

    https://independentpoliticalreport.com/2026/07/michigan-libertarian-senate-candidate-faces-criticism-from-lnc-members-over-policy-views/

    Excerpt:

“…Christensen’s stated views on Social Security, the Second Amendment, healthcare policy, and federal legislation related to striking workers, with Shaw visibly highlighting elements of the language indicating support for federal action, expanded public programs, and additional forms of government regulation to varying degrees.

Most of the screenshots included by Shaw remain consistent with current language on Christensen’s campaign website. As of publication, her website still states she supports “Medicaid for All” with comprehensive care plans, expanded Social Security benefits, and protections for workers….”

    You get the idea.

Given more money, she would just let Michigan voters know there’s yet another option for left leaning voters. Without money for her campaign, most will only know her party label about her, so she might draw from the right leaning voters more.

  17. The addition of details about the “libertarian” candidate for US Senate bolsters my theory. She is much, much worse than my wife, who is watching as I type this. I am sorry I compared you two, honey. There is obviously no comparison. It won’t happen again. If it’s OK, can we discuss consequences privately? It’s the only way I like to learn.

  18. Yes, thank you. The “libertarian” US Senate candidate from the crAZy state of Meshuggeneh Michigan. Not any other libertarian or lino candidates, and not my.wife. The addition of details about the Meshuggeneh “liebertarian” US Senate candidate nominee 2026. I hope that clears up all possible confusion.

    How bout them Hawkeyes y’all?
