After getting booted from the 2026 ballot when the Republican Party sued to get the New Jersey Secretary of State to enforce a previously unenforced and likely unconstitutional law banning out of state petitioners, Libertarian Party candidate Lana Leguía announced on September 24 that she will seek the same position in the 2028 election.
What constitution and what part thereof does the sensible and necessary law allegedly violate?
Hopefully she will once again fail to make the ballot in 2028 as well, especially bit not only if she hasn’t learned her lesson about not using illegal invader migrant signature harvesters to con and brownies people they don’t personally know, and have neither verified nor proven in front of notaries, investigators, and a judge to be eligible signers, into signing legal documents they have not thoroughly reviewed or proven to those officials a full understanding of.
