  1. How many Jay Jones in the county ???

How many voters in the county can write-in and be deciphered ???

see the infamous 2010 AK wi for USA senator – the M person of a zillion spellings declared elected

  2. I thought Alabama has a Sore Loser law which prohibits candidates who lose in primaries from running for the same office in general elections. Or does it just prohibit them from appearing on the ballot and not from running as a write in candidate?

  3. Andy, the ban just applies to keep people from getting on the ballot.

Alabama doesn’t have a declaration of write-in candidacy law. In theory every write-in ought to be counted and recorded, but the counties mostly ignore the law. But they will court these write-ins.

  4. @AZ,

It is not unconstitutional to abridge the right to vote under 14th Amendment, Section 2.

There are likely fewer Jay Jones in Lee County, Ala. than there are Thomas Jones in Wayne County, Mich. Does that help?

Is the M Person, Joseph Wayne Miller?

  5. Does Alabama have a “sore loser” law? (BTW, I believe those are probably unconstitutional.)

  6. @AZ,

Misc. Names 602, Mr. Miller 21, Mr. McAdams 8

What would be the procedure to adjust representation under 14-2?

  7. There might be some Thomas Joneses in Wayne County Michigan but none of them are AZ, which is a bot programmed in Azerbaijan.
