Wyoming Constitution Party Qualifies for its Own Primary

The Wyoming Constitution Party gubernatorial nominee, Rebecca Bextel, is receiving 15% of the vote. Although the Wyoming Constitution Party was already a ballot-qualified party, the law says that a party that polls 10% for Governor becomes entitled to its own primary. The Wyoming Constitution Party has never before had this status. Parties also receive their own primary if they poll 10% for U.S. House-at-large or Secretary of State.
