On November 2, Wisconsin filed this brief in Americans for Citizen Voting PAC v Wolfe, e.d., 2:26cv-786. This is the lawsuit challenging the new Wisconsin law that bans out-of-state circulators, except that it doesn’t cover presidential petitions.
