Is Rocky Anderson’s Justice Party still a thing, and was it ever a thing in TN? That might unfortunately complicate their efforts from a legal standpoint if that were the case.
I don’t know what the Hamilton County Black Caucus is. Generally “caucus” refers to either a group within a legislature, or else a method for choosing national convention delegates without a presidential primary. So because I don’t know what it means, I didn’t want to use that term.
