On July 7, the Ninth Circuit heard Arizona Democratic Party v Hobbs, 20-16759. The issue is the state law requiring voters who forgot to sign their mail ballot to correct that error by the end of election day. A U.S. District Court had invalidated it and given such voters five days to correct the error. See this story.
