American Solidarity Party Gains Presidential Ballot Status for 2024 in Arkansas

The Arkansas Secretary of State has verified the 2024 presidential petition of the American Solidarity Party. The party gained this status by submitting 1,000 valid signatures. The legislature raised the petition for presidential status this year from 1,000 to 5,000 signatures, but the new law is not in effect yet, so the old requirement was sufficient.

  1. Abolish all ballot access censorship quotas financial and forced labor – gathering petition signatures.

  2. Richard:
Are you aware of any other parties planning to or currently engaged in petitioning in Arkansas to beat the deadline whatever that day is?

  3. Democrats and Republicans are the only recognized parties. No other party retained ballot access in a long time. I think since Reform Party in the 90s?

Libertarians have petitioned on for full party for the last 5 or 6 elections, and almost retained ballot access a couple of times, but not quite. Greens had several elections they got on for full party, but have now missed several.

Other than that, it’s just been the much easier presidential petitions.
