Fourth Circuit Refuses Democratic Party Request for a Stay of the Order Putting Greens on North Carolina Ballot

On August 11, the Fourth Circuit issued a one-page unsigned order, refusing the Democratic Party’s request for a stay in the North Carolina Green Party ballot access case.
