On June 6, the New York State Board of Elections rejected the Presidential petitions of the Dr. Shiva Party, Green Party, Justice for All Party (Cornel West), and the Libertarian Party for having fewer than the 45,000 signatures required under New York law.
The petitions of one Common Sense Party candidate and six Libertarian Party candidates for US House or New York Assembly (the lower body of the New York legislature) were also rejected for having too few signatures for their respective races.

So we can assume RFK Jr. is the only one to make it from the 3rd parties ?
@Bobby G
Depends on whether you mean their petitions haven’t been rejected or whether you mean they have ballot access, because I believe the Conservative Party and the Working Families Party still have automatic ballot access in New York.
TOTAL INCOMPETENCE IN LP RE 1954 BROWN V BD OF ED — SEPARATE IS NOT EQUAL.
INDIVIDUALS ARE NOMINATED/ ELECTED — NOT *PARTIES*
Though the Conservative Party and the Working Families Party will probably just endorse the Republican and Democrat nominees, respectively, rather than fielding candidates of their own, like usual.
Does New York count write-in votes? Does New York require a candidate to register as a write-in first?
New York does count write-in votes, but for presidential elections the candidate has to have registered with the Board of Elections.
What fascist police state ballot access censorship?”
FAILURE TO COUNT WRITE-IN VOTES = 14-2 AMDT VIOLATION.
Is it a good idea to petition in New York City for Statewide candidates? Or is it better to stick to the suburbs?
Looks like three Presidential candidates on ny ballot. Trump might become the first Republican presidential candidate to win the state’s electors in a long time.
Did the petition signature requirements for district offices in New York for minor party and independent candidates also get tripled like they did with the statewide minor party and independent candidate petition signature requirement?
