On March 31, President Trump issued an Executive Order that authorizes creation of a federal list of U.S. residents eligible to register to vote. The Order also directs the U.S. Postal Service not to deliver absentee ballots to anyone who is not on the federal list. 2) not having any claim for its citizens on citizenship within any surrounding or adjacent nation, birthright or otherwise,
3) not having any jurisdiction of any such adjacent or surrounding nation over its citizens
4) not having any tax obligations for its citizens to any such foreign governments,
5) no claim on terrorial defense by that larger adjacent or surrounding nation,
6) no claim on welfare support for the smaller nation or its citizens by the larger nation or its citizens.
By right this would also extend to the several States.
There would be no 14th amendment, given that as you said it wasn’t properly adopted, thus no 14th amendment citizens.
As a direct consequence thereof, every amendment, act of congress signed into law, executive order etc ever since would be null and void;
