The North Carolina Libertarian presidential primary will list nine candidates, plus “No preference.” The nine candidates are Charles Ballay, David TimeTraveler Dunlap, Jacob Hornberger, Lars Mapstead, Chase Oliver, Michael Rectenwald, Joshua Smith, Mike ter Maat, and Toad.
