On Sunday, August 30, the Movement for a Peoples Party held a founding convention on-line. One of the leaders is the former co-chair of the Bernie Sanders presidential campaign. See this article by Scott Owen in Counterpunch. The Peoples Party will begin seeking qualified status in 2021 and will contest the 2022 congressional and state office elections.
The party says 400,000 individuals listened to at least part of the proceeding.
The Idaho Secretary of State has determined that all three independent presidential petitions are valid. They are for Rocky De La Fuente, Brock Pierce, and Kanye West.
The four ballot-qualified parties in Idaho also have their presidential nominees on the ballot. They are Republican, Democratic, Libertarian, and Constitution.
The Kentucky petition deadline for independent presidential candidates, and the presidential nominees of unqualified parties, was September 4. According to the Kentucky Secretary of State’s website, only two petitions were submitted, for Brock Pierce and Kanye West. The requirement is 5,000. New stories say that West submitted 19,000 signatutes.

The Hawaii state elections office has posted the candidate list. It shows that the ballot-qualified American Shopping Party nominated Brock Pierce for president. See the list here.
