The U.S. Supreme Court will issue all its remaining opinions on Thursday, July 9. They include two involving access by various governmental bodies to President Trump’s income tax returns.
Here is a link to the election returns for the Delaware presidential primary of July 7. Rocky De La Fuente is getting 12% of the vote. He was the only name on the ballot other than President Donald Trump.
New Jersey also held a presidential primary on July 7, but the only name on the Republican ballot was Trump.

On July 7, Don Blankenship, presidential nominee of the Constitution Party, filed a federal lawsuit against the California law that requires petitioning candidates for president to get 196,964 signatures during the period mid-April through August 7. Delaware and New Jersey hold their presidential primaries on Tuesday, July 7. This is the first time in U.S. history that any state has held presidential primaries in a month later than June. Still to come are the presidential primaries in Connecticut, Louisiana, and Puerto Rico.
