On June 23, the Commission on Presidential Debates moved the second presidential debate from Ann Arbor, Michigan, to Miami. See this story. The new location is not a campus; all the other general election debates are on college campuses.
On June 20, the New Mexico legislature passed SB 4, which lets independent voters switch their registration to a major party as late as primary day. The old law does not permit such party changes during the 28 days before a primary. Thanks to Rick Lass for this news.
