Green Party Member Elected to Dane County, Wisconsin, Board of Supervisors

On April 3, Green Party member Yogesh Chawla was elected to the Dane County, Wisconsin, Board of Supervisors, from district 6. He defeated his opponent by 52.6% to 47.4%. The election was non-partisan.

California Election Returns for Assembly in Three Districts

California held special elections on April 3 for three vacant Assembly seats. Here are the unofficial election returns (scroll down). Democrats won the 54th district seat. In the 39th and 45th districts, no one got a majority so a run-off will be held in June between one Democrat and one Republican.
