New Mexico Green Party Appears to Meet the Vote Test After All

On election night, the New Mexico Green Party appeared to have missed ongoing qualified status by 51 votes. But late-arriving ballots seem to have boosted the party’s showing, so that it is now barely meeting the .5% vote test for president. Here is a link to the Secretary of State’s vote tally. The vote is still unofficial but all counties have finished their official canvass, so when the state canvass is complete, the results should be the same.

The party needed 4,617 votes and appears to have 4,619.

North Carolina Supreme Court Race Still Too Close to Call

As of Tuesday morning, November 18, the race for North Carolina Supreme Court is still undecided. The tally today is 2,770,818 for the Democratic nominee, Allison Riggs; and 2,770,193 for Jefferson Griffin, the Republican nominee. On election night Griffin had been leading. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Polls Relatively High Percentage of Vote in South Dakota on Indian Reservations

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. received the highest percentage of the vote in South Dakota in Ziebach County, which is entirely in either the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation or the Standing Rock Reservation. He received 2.94% of the county’s vote. The best precinct was Red Scaffold, where he got 6.52%.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Polls Relatively High Vote on Fort Belknap Indian Reservation

On November 5, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. polled 6.8% of the vote in Belknap, Montana, capital of the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation. It is Blaine County, and as a result, Kennedy’s percentage in Blaine County (4.01%) was higher than in any other Montana county.
