On November 7, 2023, the Forward Party won two partisan races: (1) Danielle Chesebrough, First Selectman (Mayor) of Stonington, Connecticut; (2) Chris Woodward, Lower Heidelberg Township Auditor, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
A press release from the Forward Party also claimed wins for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney; and Philadelphia City Commissioner. However, both winners were actually Republican Party nominees, and the Forward Party was not listed on either ballot. The Forward Party had merely endorsed them.
