1. I understand that the election office was locked, due to COVID scare, and they had to wait for somebody to unlock it. If so, this challenge should be thrown out.

2. Lane Ruhland, ESQ. has no conflict between Trump and West. She was working to get Presidential Electors on the ballot in Wisconsin for West. The Republicans have not yet had there convention yet. The Wisconsin Election Board should through these filing out.

3. There are probably other grounds to challenge. And even if not, the building being closed earlier than the office inside is not unique and not even necessarily due to covid. His signatures are being thrown out in every other state for not being valid or even real and none of the numerous volunteers gathering signatures on another petition in Wisconsin ran into any of his petitioners in any town or heard any reports of them working or talked to anyone who signed with them except in Madison on the last day which seems to be a pattern with them.

4. There’s about a 99 percent chance that most of these signatures are garbage like in every other state where anyone looked at kayne petitions. Not one has made it yet that I’ve seen other than states where he just had to pay a fee, and some of those are even in doubt due to problems with elector and vp filing etc.

   I only see a 12th Amendment problem In Wyoming and maybe in California if a Wyoming elector was selected in
   California by the AIP that was backing West. Wyoming get only 3 Presidential Electors and California has 55 Presidential Electors. The real question is does West have 4.025 valid signatures in Wyoming.

From what I have heard from people who actually know him, he does spend time and conduct business in Latin America but it’s not Mexico. Second, were his parents naturalized U.S. citizens when he was born, and was he born in the USA? Has he claimed Mexican citizenship and does tBe government of Mexico acknowledge him as a Mexican citizen? How would someone who wants to know verify objective facts here?
