On March 16, 2009, the faction of the American Independent Party that supported Chuck Baldwin for president in 2008 filed a lawsuit in Solano County, California, asking the state court to rule its state party officers are the proper party officers. That lawsuit has not moved forward because the state chair of the party’s other faction, Markham Robinson, has been evading service ever since. However, California law permits someone to be served by newspaper notice, as well as personally, and that alternate procedure is being used. The newspaper notice ran for the first time on August 15, so Robinson will be officially served on September 12.
Maybe they should send Dog the Bounty Hunter after him.

The American Independent Party does not have factions. At the Convention of the 2008 American
Independent Party at the Auditorium of the California Secretary of State Building in Sacramento the ticket of Alan Keyes and Wiley Drake was selected by the Delegates to the convention of the American Independent Party. I was
elected the Chairman of that convention by the delegates on July 5, 2008. Dr. Don Grundmann attended that convention as a delegate and walked
out before the vote. My guess is Dr. Grundmann could not get a second to place his name in nomination at the July 5, 2008 nomination for president. I do not believe Markham Robinson “had
been evading service”. Richard, you are incorrect
on the date of newspaper official notice. It will not be on September 12.

Although the real convention of the AIP was held the previous weekend I attended, for 5 minutes, the fake ” convention ” of the corrupt Keyes faction of the AIP to denounce the participants, such as the ultra corrupt Mark Seidenberg, as Judases and betrayers of the party. I was only there to confront their profound corruption. The corruption of Keyes, Seidenberg, and Robinson is documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeys.blogspot.com. Wiley Drake had chosen to endorse the corruption of Keyes, et. al. and hence to tarnish himself by such actions. The report that Robinson has been evading service is completely accurate and was throughly documented to the court so that service by publication could proceed. Of course such behavior is completely consistant with his actions as noted at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com. The entire Keyes faction of corruption, inclusive of Keyes himself, are also profound cowards in all of their actions.

If the Constitution party has so many supporters, it seems it should be easy to just get the party on the ballot as the Constitution party and put this issue of AIP to rest.
California is one of the most hardest states to qualify a new political party.
The Catholic Trotskyist Party endorses the Grundman faction. All of its members believe and know that Alan Keyes and Mark Seidenberg are thoroughly corrupt, and are part of the Nader/Republican New World order control conspiracy.
The childish behavior of so many of the “minor party” people is a clear reminder as to why they are and will remain minor.
Wouldn’t these threads be far more informative and even motivational if the silly little people squabbling over useless big titles just drifted off the edge of the earth?
