California Poll Shows Minor Parties Hold Balance of Power in 2010 Gubernatorial Race

A Rasmussen Poll released on November 19 shows that if the election for Governor of California were being held now, no candidate has a majority, assuming the Democratic nominee is Jerry Brown and that the Republican nominee is Meg Whitman. The results are: Brown 41%, Whitman 41%, other 3%, undecided 14%. See here for more details.

California Poll Shows Minor Parties Hold Balance of Power in 2010 Gubernatorial Race — 22 Comments

  1. Nonpartisan Approval Voting for elected executive officers and all judges — vote for 1 or more, highest win.

    P.R. for legislative bodies.

  2. The American Independent Party State Central Committee will discuss (at its next meeting) if it
will permit electors that have declined to state
a party affliation (at the time of registration)voting rights in the 2010 primary, under S. B. 28.

Background on January 10, 2006, the State Chairman
gave the Secretary of States disinformation, viz.,
that the State Central Committee met between January 1, 2006 to January 10, 2006 and voted to
accept S. B. 28. The AIP State Central Committee did not meet during that time period.

In 2010 in looks like all statewide offices will have more than one person running from the American
Indeptendent Party. Therefore to protect the
AIP voters it has been suggested to limit the vote
    this year to AIPers.

On October 16, 2009, James King had DISMISSED his
lawsuit against AIP Caifornia Chairman Markham Robinson.

On July 20, 2007, the AIP State Central Committee
removed Rayna Mike King (wife of James King) from an AIP office, because she was a registered Republican and listed on her website that she was REPUBLICAN BUSINESS WOMAN OF THE YEAR.

James King has filed two other lawsuit against
the AIP Chairmen in 2008 and 2009 in both Sacramento and Solano Counties. The Court dismissed the Sacramento County Suit. Could these
suits relate to the removal of Rayna Mike King for
being a Republican Party mole in the AIP?

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
    Independent Party

  3. The utter and complete corruption of Mark Seidenberg of comment #5 above is exposed at the website TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com. The lawsuit of Chairman Jim King of the American Independent Party is against the corruption of the current fake ” Chairman ” and moral criminal Mark Robinson and fellow criminals such as Seidenberg who himself is a longtime Republican mole within the AIP who is now the Republican money funnel for those, such as Alan Keyes, who are working to destroy the conservative 3rd party movement in the nation as a service to their Republican Party masters. The disputed primaries that Seidenberg refers to will be when Republican operatives who support the corruption of Keyes, Robinson, and Seidenberg run to protect the corruption which they represent. It will be a question of who wins – the morality of the REAL AIP as represented by Jim King or the corruption of moral evil and criminals and outright liars and cowards like Alan Keyes, Mark Robinson, and Mark Seidenberg?

Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

  4. Cody,

Members of the American Independent Party will run for office in 2010. We just had member a member in
Contra Costa County run for congress this year.

My succestion is to have a closed primary in 2010.
Even though Jim and Nancy wanted to open the primary to non AIP registred voters, I will suggest
that the primary will be closed to declined to state.

Does this answer your question Cody?

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
    Independent Party.

  5. One of the issues that will be before the American
Independent Party is the issue of how the party will react to the terms of S. B. 28 for next years
primary. My current view after talking with Elliott Graham is we have a closed primary. How do
others feel about this issue within the American
    Independent Party?

Also, how should we react on Nancy’s January 10, 2006, filed bogus letter with the SOS stating that
the primary is open to “decline to state voters”.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
    Independent Party.

  6. ” Also, how should we react on Nancy’s January 10, 2006, filed bogus letter with the SOS stating that
the primary is open to “decline to state voters”.”

Response – The real question is how AIP voters should react to the corruption of Mark Seidenberg, Mark Robinson, and Ed Noonan for deliberately filing false documents with the Secretary of State office? How should we react to these criminals and cowards? We should document their corruption as found at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com

Don Grundmann, the REAL Vice-Chairman of the American Independent Party, the California branch of the Constitution Party

  7. Don Grundmann has never been a vice chairman of the American Independent Party. He now calls him-self the “REAL Vice-Chairman of the American Independent Party, the California branch of the Constitution Party”. What a title!

First, I have been the Vice Chairman of the American Independent Party, since 3 September 2006.
Don Grundmann voted for my election. I was the elected chairman of the 2008 Convention of the
American Independent Party. Don Grundmann was a
present delegate to that Convention at the
Auditorium of the California Secretary of State
Building on July 5, 2008, located within the city
limits of Sacramento, CA. Don Grundmann term as national committeeman ended on 2 September 2008.
He was removed as an Area Director earlier in 2008
by AIP Chairman Ed Noonan. Don Grundmann’s relationship to the American Independent Party is
a membership in the State Central Committee. That is it.

Now I hear that Don Grundmann want to run again for
public Office. Is that so? If so, does he want to
run in a closed primary or does he want electors
that have not state the party of their choice to vote for him. The race will be contested.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party, & Executive Committeeman, America’s Independent Party (national affliate of the American Independent Party).

  8. Larry Breazeale was removed from office at the State Central Committee Meeting of the American
Independent Party on July 20, 2007.

Is this the same Larry that gave disinformation to
C, Nightengale that she was picked by the American
Independent Party to run for Governor in 2010 as the AIP Candidate.

Does this mean the AIP will not need a primary for persons to run in November, 2010 California General
    Election?

Larry you know very well that the only organization
within the AIP to make endorsements is the State Central Committee.

Larry, all you are doing is making Ms. Nightingale
look stupid. Nightingale is not backed by the
State Central Committee of the4 American Independent Party.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
    Independent Party

  9. The REAL and only State Central Committee of the American Independent Party, the non-corruption faction of the party, endorses Chelene Nightingale for Governor in 2010. The corruption faction of the party as represented by Mark Seidenberg ( whose corruption is documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com ) and Mark Robinson will undoubtably attempt to place supporters of their corruption on the ballot. The voters will be informed of the criminal actions of Seidenberg and Robinson and will defeat those who attempt to run for office by endorsing such corruption. The working members of the party, with the Sacramento County Central Committee as just one example, are well aware of the cowardice and criminality of Robinson and Seidenberg. They and countless other party members are sickened to be associated with such moral criminals and cowards who represent the lowest dregs of political and just plain human activity. It is universally understood within the party that they are fake officers who because of their utter and complete corruption are below the bottom of the barrel in integrity and hence a continuing disgrace and shame of the greatest degree to the party.

Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

  10. The next hearing of King vs. Robinson will take place on March 26, 2010.

The only State Central Committee of the American Independent Party is the members holding their membership based on the California Election Code.
Central Committee membership is not based on factions.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Charman, American
    Independent Party

P.S. Nighingale is not endorsed by the AIP.

  11. Mark Seidenberg is all about “disinformation”.
He is that lone, timid soul, in that grey twilight, somewhere in an alternate universe, that knows neither victory nor defeat, or right from wrong or, even what it means to have good common sense. Seidenberg and his birds of a feather, should never be trusted, let alone taken with any real credance, whatsoever.
Seidenberg’s comments now ,or in the future, are completely to be considered as “dis-information”.
It is obvious, to ANY casual observer, with any ounce of sense, that Seidenberg’s ramblings, comments, and “dis-information” are typical coming from him.
He “is” a legend in his own mind.

IN THE MEANTIME, the AIP and it’s rightful affiliate..the Constitution party, nationally, will continue to grow & prosper, state by state, candidate by candidate, with the likes of CHELENE NIGHTINGALE and others. -Larry Breazeale, Msgt. (ret.) USAF, Deputy Sheriff retired, Nat. Chrm. NVC/CP

  12. Larry Breazeale was removed as a National Committeeman of the American Independent Party
at the State Central Committee Meeting on July 20,
2007. This removal was at the same meeting that
Rayna Mike King was removed from the same National
Committee for being a registered Republican and
posting on her website she was the “Republican Business Woman of the Year”.

We know that Larry Breazeale, according Chelene
Nightingale, was the person who gave her the disinformation that the American Independent Party
wanted her be the AIP candidate for Governor of California.

I had a long talk with a man named “Davi” or “Davy” in SOS, who kindly gave me background information about Ms. Nightingale and Chuck Baldwin.

The American Independent Party affiliated with
the America’s Independent Party on June 27, 2008.

Larry Breazeale should after all the active years
within the AIP know that only the State Central Committee can give pre-primary endorsements. Ms.
Nightingale has no such endorsement from the AIP.

What I do not know is what Ms. Nightingale wants
to happen in the 2010 primary, viz., does she what
to run in a closed primary (only AIP voters) or does she want to run in a primary that takes into
    consideration S. B. 28?

I do no that while I have an input, never again will there be a disinforation letter like the one
Chairman Nancry wrote on January 10, 2006 to the
    Secretary of State on S. B. 28.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party

  13. The personal corruption of Mark Seidenberg, of comment #17 above, is chronicled at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com. Only paragraph 3 of comment #17 is true. All other paragraphs are outright lies but this is the common practice of this fake officer of the AIP who is in reality ( as documented ) a Republican operative who has infiltrated the AIP as part of a comprehensive attack against the 3rd party conservative movement in our nation. Chelene Nightingale has been endorsed by the REAL State Central Committee of the AIP. It is only the corruption faction of the AIP represented by Seidenberg and the utterly corrupt fake ” Chairman ” Mark Robinson which opposes her.

Don Grundmann, Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

  14. Bill Lussenheide candidate for congress ca-45 is also falsely claiming to be running under the AIP. He is in cahoots with Don Grundmann and Chelene Nightingale. They have been blogging false and incriminating lies about Markham Robinson and Mark Seidenberg. What a bunch of immature losers.

  15. ” Mr. Archer ” – 1) Bill Lussenheide is indeed the candidate of the AIP for Congress in the 45th District. 2) I am proud to be associated with real, true, honest Americans such as Bill and Chelene who are putting every effort of their being into fighting for our state and nation. They are true warriors for our citizens and humanity as a whole. 3) The total and complete to-the-bone-and-beyond corruption of Mark Robinson and Mark Seidenberg ( traitors to our nation and total liars and cowards in their personal character ) is documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com. Nothing has been said or written about them which cannot be backed up 100%+ by FACTS. I challenge you or anyone to a debate regarding the corruption of the cowards Seidenberg and Robinson. I will show what a liar you/” don archer “/Mark Seidenberg really are. I am immortalizing you via the Internet. Generations to come will know that Mark Robinson, Mark Seidenberg, Ed Noonan, Alan Keyes, and Tom Hoefling were cowards, liars, and moral criminals who were the lowest scum traitors of our time.

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

  16. To Don Archer:

Thank you for your comments of December 2nd. The only hearing now set in KING vs. ROBINSON will be on March 26, 2010. The only issue of that hearing is a motion to quash the service in that case.

FYI, Don Grundmann has not been an officer of the
American Independent Party since September 2, 2008. He was removed as an area director of AIP
in 2008 by former AIP Chairman Ed Noonan.

Don Grundmann is giving disinformation that “Bill
Lussenheide”, and “Chelene Nightingale” are “the
candidate[s] of the AIP”. If Lussenheide or Nightingale plan to be “a” candidate (not “the candidate” for office) they need to run in the primary. I am informed that others are planning
to run for Governor and House of Representives in
the 45th District within the AIP.

One thing the AIP will have to determine how it
plans to deal with S. B. 28. Mr. Archer, what do
you think about limiting the primary vote to only
    declared electors in the AIP?

Also, what should the State Central Committee do about the January 10, 2006 letter of Chairperson
Nancy S. giving false information about the non
real meeting related to S. B. 28. Should I turn
    her in to the SOS?

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
    Independent Party

  17. The AIP has been an affiliate of the America’s Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan since June
27, 2008. The Constitution Party is not connect to the AIP at the current time.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
    Independent Party
